Paris splits our enquiries almost evenly. One half is work: negotiations, industry weeks, auctions, meetings that people fly in for in the morning and leave again the same evening. Le Bourget is built for the first kind of trip: it is an airport for business aviation, and the walk from the aircraft steps to the car is a short one.

What drives the price
The quote does not start with distance. It starts with which aircraft is free on your date and where it has to be positioned from. The empty positioning flight to Moscow is the largest and the most variable part; if a suitable aircraft is already working in this region, the figure looks different. None of that can be guessed in advance, which is why we publish no «price from».
Next comes the length of the trip. For three or four days it often makes sense to keep the aircraft on the ground; for a week or more it is almost always better to release it and order the return as a separate flight. We cost both arrangements and show the difference in one letter — the decision is yours.
A line of its own is ground handling, parking and air navigation. It depends on the actual routing, and that is only known once the plan has been assembled. So the quote arrives as a single figure, already broken down, rather than appearing in instalments over the course of the correspondence.
Dates around the big industry weeks and school holidays go early. That is not about a rush surcharge but about choice: the earlier the enquiry, the more options we can put in front of you.

The way back is described separately — Paris — Moscow. It is a different flight with its own preparation, not the same one reversed. If the return date is still moving, write an approximate range: we will build it into the quote and show how the picture changes.
