Moscow — Dubai by private jet: about 3,710 km, roughly 4 hours 58 minutes in the air. Departure from Vnukovo (about 30 km southwest of the city centre, where Moscow’s main business-aviation terminal is), Ostafyevo (a small dedicated business-aviation field about 30 km south) or Sheremetyevo (about 30 km northwest), arrival at Dubai World Central (DWC), the city’s second airport, southwest of the city towards Abu Dhabi. We send a quote with named aircraft within the hour, and we answer around the clock.
About this route
Almost five hours in the air is a full-length flight, and it asks more of the aircraft than a two-hour hop does. You need a cabin you can spend an evening in, or sleep in: on a leg this long the heavy class pays for itself not in luxury but in the state you are in when you step off the aircraft. We plan the arrival into Dubai World Central (DWC), which is set up for business aviation and puts you on the road with far less ground time than the main international airport.
The season here is the winter one: from autumn through to spring people fly to Dubai both on business and to rest, often in the same trip. Dates in that period go early, so the sooner you send yours, the longer the list of aircraft we can put in front of you. This is an international long-haul flight: every passenger needs documents, what exactly is required depends on citizenship and is confirmed when we quote, and time for ground formalities at both ends goes into the plan. We confirm the receiving side’s requirements against your specific date rather than reciting them from memory.
And a word about baggage, because on this route it leads a life of its own. Going out there are usually few suitcases; coming back, noticeably more. That difference is better allowed for at the aircraft-selection stage. If you know the return leg will be heavier, say so in your enquiry: on a five-hour flight the margin in weight and hold volume is not a formality — it decides whether everything fits or part of it travels separately.

Which aircraft suit this route
On a five-hour leg we almost always show the heavy class — for the cabin and for the weight margin. Our usual suggestions:
- Dassault Falcon 900 — a heavy jet with a roomy cabin and a comfortable range margin
- Gulfstream G550 — long-range, with a rest area — the choice for a night flight
- Embraer Legacy 650 — a large cabin and a generous hold for a long trip
- Bombardier Challenger 850 — the roomiest option when a large party or two families travel together
Other types are in the aircraft catalogue.
What drives the price
On a long leg most of the quote is set by the aircraft itself: class, fuel burn and where it happens to be on your date. If a suitable aircraft is already in the region or is returning in your direction, the figure looks quite different from one that has to be positioned out of Moscow. Coincidences like that do happen, but they cannot be predicted in advance — they only become visible on a specific date.
The second factor is how long you are away. Keeping a heavy jet parked for a week usually costs more than releasing it and ordering the return as a separate flight; for a three- or four-day trip the picture can be the other way round. We cost both and show you the difference.
There are no prices for this route on the site. At this range any «from» figure would mislead. Send us your dates and passenger numbers and we will send a quote with named aircraft.
In winter it is worth fixing dates earlier than usual. This is not about a rush surcharge, it is about choice: in December and January an enquiry two weeks out and an enquiry a day out produce different lists of available aircraft, and the first is almost always the more interesting one.
The return leg
The flight the other way has its own page — Dubai — Moscow. On long routes it is better to send both dates at once: the gap between the legs decides which arrangement works out better.
