- How do I charter a private jet?

- How do I choose the aircraft when booking a flight?
- Depending on the number of passengers, the distance of the flight and your own preferences, we can offer different types of private jet. You can look through the aircraft types yourself in the Aircraft section, or ask your personal manager for advice.
- What is included in the price?
- The charter price includes: all costs of the flight (an aircraft fully prepared for departure, air navigation charges), flight support by our specialists and your personal manager 24/7, the work of the crew, handling in the VIP lounge of the private terminal, and catering on board.
- Do you take care of the paperwork connected with the flight?
- When we provide a private jet charter we prepare the full set of documents: the contract and the flight request, the invoice for the services, and the two documents Russian accounting requires on completion — the statement of services rendered (akt) and the VAT invoice (schet-faktura).
- What is the shortest notice you need for an urgent charter flight?
- It is enough to come to us three hours before the planned departure time. In those three hours we settle every organisational question and select the aircraft, the crew and the ground staff.
- Can the number of passengers or the route be changed?
- Yes, but you need to let your personal manager know in advance. If the number of passengers changes, the number of seats on the private jet has to be taken into account as well.
- How long before departure do I need to be at the airport?
- Because we use private terminals rather than the main passenger terminal, check-in can be completed as little as 15 minutes before departure. Even so, we recommend arriving at the airport 30–40 minutes before departure.
- How much baggage can I take on board a private jet?
- Not every aircraft has a large baggage hold. If you are planning to carry bulky or oversized baggage, we recommend choosing an aircraft with a larger hold. Our specialist will tell you how much baggage each of the aircraft we propose can take.
- Is smoking allowed on board?
- When you are discussing the charter with your manager, please tell us in advance whether it will be a smoking flight: smoking on board requires the permission of the aircraft owner.
